A driver's license is a mandatory document for people driving a car. Without them, it is illegal to drive a vehicle, and if stopped by traffic police officers, you cannot avoid punishment. If your rights are stolen, they must be restored immediately. To do this, you need to submit a special application and bring a list of official papers.
