Most articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation devoted to the fulfillment of obligations specify the deadlines for their fulfillment. But sometimes, instead of deadlines, you can find the term “reasonable time”. At the same time, civil legislation does not give a precise definition of this term and does not contain time limits for reasonable periods.
