Top 10 Incredible Ways to Get Out of Jail Legally

Grant of parole

Parole is regulated by Article 79 of the Criminal Code and Article 175 of the Penal Code

To be able to apply for parole, you need to compensate for the harm caused by the crime. Or take measures to repay the damage, i.e. 100% compensation for harm and payment of a civil claim is not required by law, but, of course, is taken into account as a positive factor.

You need to serve one third for crimes of moderate and minor gravity, half the term for a serious crime, two-thirds of the term for a particularly serious crime.

For terrorist crimes, crimes related to drug trafficking and attempted murder of minors, three quarters must be served.

In any case, the period of actual imprisonment must be at least six months.

You can submit an application either to the convicted person or to a lawyer. In this case, there is not much difference - taking into account the clarity of the parole procedure, the help of a lawyer is not needed. Unless you have extra money, of course.

Prayer spells

You can turn to not only the forces of nature for help. Saints are also able to protect a person who is in prison.

To the guardian angel

The accused must read the prayer himself. If you ask for your son or friend, the verbal formula will have no effect. You need to write a text and give it to the prisoner - this is the only way to mitigate the punishment.

A request to the guardian angel.

Prayer for prisoners

If the matter is difficult, it is better to turn to Jesus and the Virgin Mary. They can save prisoners even if there is no hope of release. But for prayer to work, you must be innocent.

The prayer for prisoners is read 13 times.

John the Baptist

You can protect yourself from severe punishment and false accusations by reading a prayer to John the Baptist. You need to contact this saint the night before the verdict is pronounced.

Prayer to John the Baptist.

For those in prison

A special prayer can protect someone who is already in prison. To do this, at dawn, kneel down and read the text by heart 3 times. This needs to be done every day for a month.

A prayer for those in prison is read three times.

Nicholas the Wonderworker

You can only contact this saint if you are innocent.

It does not help people with impure intentions.

However, Nicholas the Wonderworker is able to shorten the sentence or protect from prison someone who has been unfairly accused.

Prayer to Nicholas the Wonderworker.

Mother's prayer to Nicholas the Wonderworker

It is the mother who must ask the saint to save her son from prison. The prayer will not be effective if, at the time of reading it, the energy is denigrated by any negative thoughts.

You cannot want someone to suffer for a false accusation or be punished. A mother should focus only on her son, discarding unnecessary emotions.

A powerful prayer from a mother.

Saint Anastasia

The Pattern Maker is able to save a person from prison whose punishment turned out to be too cruel for his crime. You need to turn to Saint Anastasia for help in the evening and only in a calm mood.

Anastasia's prayer.

Replacing imprisonment with another type of punishment

Regulated by Article 80 of the Criminal Code and the same Article 175 of the Criminal Code

The deadlines for replacement are the same as for parole (see above). It's not necessary to serve six months when replacing - you can apply earlier.

As a replacement, you can switch to punishments that do not involve imprisonment.

The next point is the separate terms for release from imprisonment to forced labor, Article 80.1 of the Criminal Code

The terms here are reduced - for crimes of minor and medium gravity it is a quarter of the term, for serious crimes - a third of the term, for especially serious ones - half the term. For specific crimes (terrorism, drugs, pedophilia) the terms are not reduced in any way.

How to get out of prison or camp early? Convicted under Article 228 h

Hello! The person is imprisoned under Article 228 Part 5, his sentence is 6 years. He's been sitting there for 2.5 years now. How can you leave the colony settlement on parole? Tell me all the possible ways how, according to the law, he can get out earlier.

I still have 2 years left before parole. Are there any options for him to leave earlier? Thanks in advance.

More details can be said after clarifying the part of Article 228 under which the sentence was passed.

For a person serving imprisonment, the court, taking into account his behavior throughout the entire period of serving the sentence, may replace the remaining unserved part of the sentence with a more lenient punishment. In this case, the person may be fully or partially released from serving an additional type of punishment. Theoretically, one can talk about replacing the unserved part of the punishment with a milder type of punishment. When replacing the unserved part of the punishment, the court may choose any milder type of punishment in accordance with the types of punishments specified in Article 44 of this Code, within the limits provided for by this Code for each type of punishment. Having received two years in prison, Ermuraki tried to somehow influence the unfair situation, in his opinion, by writing all kinds of complaints. Therefore, he is obliged to come to the probation inspection office at his place of residence with a certain frequency and report on the fulfillment of the duties imposed on him by the court. In all cases, the issue of parole must be decided by a special commission, but some part of the sentence will have to be served. Release on parole in 2022 implies that the prisoner may be released before the end of his sentence due to certain grounds. However, he will have to be under the supervision of a police officer.

Only after this period can it be considered that the criminal record has been expunged.

Changing mode

The conditions are generally the same as for the above options. Regulated by Article 78 of the Criminal Code

The terms are different - you need to serve one third for crimes of minor gravity, moderate gravity and serious ones. And for especially serious cases - two thirds.

It is important that all these methods can be used in parallel. Those. using one option does not “trigger” the six-month barrier to re-filing under the other option. So, if you are denied parole, then at least in a week you can apply for a replacement.

Rules for conducting rituals before and during the trial

For the magic formula to work, you need to follow several rules:

  1. Treat conspiracies with respect. If you don't believe in what you're saying, even following all the rules won't bring results.
  2. The text for the ceremony must be memorized. You cannot escape from prison by reading a spell from a piece of paper.
  3. Use magic only if you are innocent of the forces of nature.
  4. Perform the ritual completely alone. There should be no animals or other people in the house.
  5. Do not start reading the plot if your energy is affected by resentment, anger or other negative emotions.
  6. Remember that the magic formula is a request, not a requirement. If you believe that higher powers are obligated to help, they may take revenge for such disrespect.
  7. For 3 days before and after the ritual, do not take anything from anyone and do not give it yourself.

Exemption due to illness

Regulated by Article 81 of the Criminal Code. Illness can be physical or mental. In case of physical illness, the court only has the right to release, but this is not an obligation. In this case, the disease must be included in a special list of diseases.

There is a special normative act - the List of diseases that prevent the serving of a sentence (approved by Government Resolution No. 54 of February 6, 2004 (as amended on May 19, 2022 No. 598).

Diseases are such that it is impossible to simulate them. It can be said quite definitely that people are released due to illness only for one thing - to die in freedom.

In case of mental illness, the court must release. But they are not released into freedom, but rather so-called medical measures are applied. This is treatment in a special security hospital - and the big question is where is better, in the colony or there.

Prison and life behind bars

If someone has been arrested and is facing a very real sentence, it is not at all necessary that he will sit in the zone until it ends. The law provides for parole, but it still needs to be earned.

I’ll write a confession...

Some people start earning parole right in the office of detectives or investigators at the police department, because if the convicted person does not admit his guilt, he will not be released early. So when detained on suspicion of committing a crime, you need to weigh the pros and cons. If the police have nothing against you, then you can try to refuse. Well, if there are witnesses and other evidence of your crime, then you need to write a confession - at the trial they will give less, and there will be fewer problems with parole.

Those who, after confessing, were not released on bail, but were placed in a pre-trial detention center, also need to think about the future, use logic and look at things realistically. If your crime did not cause a big public outcry and you have a lot of money in your stash, then you don’t have to worry. The guards in the zone are also people and will meet a prisoner halfway for cash. But you shouldn’t hope to become a bribe-giver to someone who has committed a high-profile and serious crime or is known throughout the country like Khodorkovsky. From such people, correctional officers will not even take a KamAZ truck with pancakes in a hungry year, otherwise the press and public will start howling and you can get into a lot of trouble, including dismissal or an article in the Criminal Code.

But prisoners who don't have a lot of money shouldn't despair. They have several ways to get out early. For example, while still in a pre-trial detention center, you can start earning an excellent reference and the favor of your superiors. Please note that in the penitentiary system everything is turned upside down, and what is considered shameful by normal people is quite acceptable by FSIN employees.

What I mean is that even in a cell before trial you can become an informant for the operational unit. Here, as in childhood, you won’t be able to sneak around. You will have to give a receipt for cooperation, write denunciations against your cellmates. They even pay a little money for it. Well, the opera does its best to protect valuable agents. If they can, of course.

Snitch is a dangerous position

Several times I witnessed how chamber “mother hens” were exposed and questioned quite harshly. In order to declare someone an informer, you need serious reasons, but sometimes circumstantial evidence is enough. Someone blurts out something in the cell, for example, about a crime, and after the “plant” it will be passed on to the pre-trial detention center officers. They will inform the investigator, and he will present this to the one who opened up in the “hut.”

The prisoners will begin to have suspicions: they will begin to take a closer look at their cellmates, question them after being summoned, such as to a lawyer or investigator. They may ask where the interrogation rooms are, how they are furnished, and what those who called them were wearing. Here you can simply make a mistake. After all, the defender and the investigator do not necessarily come to the same defendant; they can also pull other prisoners. Well, if you went to the opera, you will not be able to describe how the lawyers and interrogators were dressed that day. This is one of the puncture options. Informers “fire” often and in a variety of ways.

The exposed “nepotists” are dealt with differently in the cells. Often they are simply “neutralized” by “lowering”. There are options here too. Those who are outwardly scary can be “forshmanded” by dipping their head into a bucket or throwing a floor rag in their face. The pretty and young people are also raped. At the same time, they will also beat you, without much fear of the duty officer in the corridor. After all, convicts-informers inform on them too, informing the operas about extra-official connections and the negligence of ordinary guards.

I will never forget my first showdown with the informer. We are under investigation in Kresty. There are “decent” people around: murderers, robbers, swindlers. No one is particularly irritated. Only one guy, as he introduced himself, Master, has disgusting manners, and was engaged in small things in his freedom. He walked around St. Petersburg communal apartments at night, picked weak common locks and stole outerwear and shoes in the corridors. He earned pennies for them, but took them in quantity. Suffice it to say that this Master was accused of ninety-eight counts of theft, and he did not deny his guilt.

At first, we, as pioneers, did not attach much importance when the Master openly made mistakes. He supposedly went for interrogation, and ten minutes later he was brought in to get a forgotten letter for his relatives, without being searched when leaving the cell.

But one day we received a tidbit that this Master was sitting in another “hut” and was exposed there as collaborating with the police unit. After which he was “lowered”. That is, he also “cheated” us!

We were just taken to the bathhouse, and the Master sensed something from our behavior. When we returned from washing, he did not want to go into the “hut”. But the hatchery lingered on the lower floor, and we threw the informer into an open cell and kicked him for a long time. When the discharge arrived, he immediately understood what was going on. He did not immediately intervene and then dragged away this scum. And just in time - just a little more and we could kick the “rooster” informer out of spite to death.

Plow like a farm bull

Now let's get back to our topic and discuss the next step for parole. A good or exposed informer, if he receives no more than five years in court, the police may not transfer him to the zone. There are several options here. Unidentified agents will continue to pose as persons under investigation, informing their cellmates that another criminal case has been opened against them, or they will simply be transferred to the housekeeping staff of the pre-trial detention center. The same can be offered not to informers, but to normal convicts with short sentences. At the same time, the employees will tell you that there is chaos going on in the zones, but they don’t have thieves or violent people. All prisoners earn early release through their own labor. They lay beautifully, but in practice it turns out crooked.

The fact is that in correctional colonies, to put it mildly, they do not like those who were “household bulls” in isolation wards, because there everyone starts from the bottom. First, they work hard as garbage collectors, do their morning duty rounds, open the cells, and ask about complaints. At this time, garbage is taken out of the “hut” in a bucket. On the galley there are convicts from the servants with a huge tank. By and large, they are already “offended”, because in the zone the “roosters” deal with the dirt. After the “house bulls” have been let go, so to speak, in the pre-trial detention center, the guards begin to treat them like slaves, knowing that they are afraid of getting into the zone for violating them.

Prison workers in isolation wards are forced to constantly work hard: carrying garbage, distributing gruel, cleaning the courtyard, offices, and corridors. Even at night they are not always allowed to sleep and are sent to be on duty in the courtyard to ensure that thread “roads” are not driven between the cells. At the same time, the servants are constantly insulted by both the guards and the inmates from the cells, and they also beat them for their sluggishness.

If the “house bull” did not “knock” before staying at the “work place” in the isolation ward, then after that he will have to do so. They will simply call the police and say: if you don’t work for us, you will go to a colony.

"Harmful" balancer

Often those who are “closed” to the “household” zone begin to be beaten at the stage. I remember that in the same “Crosses” there was a ballander named Yakush. He really wanted parole and served the opera faithfully. It used to be that, in extreme heat, the person on duty in the corridor would open the “feeders” of the cells so that the defendants could get some air, but then Yakush would come to wash the floors. He knows that the duty officer violated the instructions. And the balancer personally closes the “feeders”, after which he writes a denunciation to the duty officer.

Only Yakush got into trouble because of his meanness and greed. While distributing food, he sold extra rations. When there weren’t enough leftovers, the distributor simply added water from the heating radiators to the tanks. Personally, when returning from interrogation, I saw Yakush eating fish from a common tank with his hands, huddled in the corner of the corridor. When the prisoners made comments to this scum, he called him names in response.

He could also throw a lot of porridge or soup on the floor of the “hut” to take revenge on those who covered him. As a result, everyone got tired of his tricks.

The authorities shouted into the corridor that Yakush was a “rooster.” The entire prison refused to take food from him. This was already a hunger strike and an emergency for the head of the pre-trial detention center.

Yakush began to be beaten by those who were returning from the lawyer or investigator, right at the deportation. Out of harm’s way, he was “closed” in the zone. They beat him on the way, and then “put him down.” Because of people like Yakush, all balanders are considered trash. And if they are “closed” in a colony, then they do not sit comfortably. But those who remain in the economic band are 100% released early.

Spy cases

Those who received more than five years in court or those with shorter sentences who did not want to become balanders are sent to a correctional colony. There are more opportunities to earn parole in the colony. I'll tell you about the most accessible ones.

You can also become an informer in the zone. But not everyone will be hired by the opera, why do they need stupid “roosters” or morons? Now, if a prisoner is smart or a criminal, then he is a valuable agent. Only in a correctional facility do convicts run an even greater risk if they secretly serve the operatives, because all the prisoners who visit the headquarters are suspicious. They are being followed, they are being given “stuff”, providing false or real information about hiding places or serious violations of the regime. Yes, and it’s easy to get pierced.

In our barracks, the informer was Zarik, the watcher with the driver. He lived among the lads and finally believed in his own genius. Only his memory was rather weak. Once, thieves gathered in his sleeping passage and began discussing secret affairs. Zarik said that he was writing a letter home. He sat in the corner and chirped something. But there was a mirror on the nightstand, and one authority read in it that Zarik was taking notes of their secrets. They put pressure on the informer and he cracked. Here they were already asking seriously, because the “decoy” was listed as a criminal, and from them the demand was doubly high. They didn’t kill Zarik, but he got the status of “offended” at the hospital.

In zones, “nepotistic” people are often identified. Nothing good awaits them afterwards, especially where there is a “thieves’ move.” It’s even worse if, after exposing the “mother hen,” the Blatota does not deal with him, but offers to become a double agent. It is beyond the power of a sex worker to find out the secrets of employees, but such “moles” can carry misinformation to prisoners who are disliked by thieves. Plus - good informers have influence on the operatives and can turn to them with requests. Like assigning the necessary prisoner to watch the table. In general, there are also many options here. But thieves are still not geniuses; they have little hope of competing with trained professionals. Sooner or later, the “godfathers” will figure out the double agent and severely punish him, locking him in a cell for a long time, and will never release him early.

The activist does not believe in tears...

Another opportunity to get free early is to become an official “goat.” Don’t “knock” secretly, but join an amateur section or take the position of orderly, foreman, or commandant.

Here, too, everything is not so simple, because in the “black” zones, where the beholders really have power, the “red” “goats” are a despised color. Not everyone can withstand many years of moral or even physical oppression, just as not everyone can hold on to a “goat” position in the face of fierce competition and the meanness of comrades who dream of taking a warm place. Often, such “comrades” plant drugs and weapons on the librarians, chairmen of the colony staff council, and at the table. Not to mention the fact that “goats” who have taken a good position are constantly “knocked” by other “goats”. But if you stay on the “red Olympus”, then you are guaranteed parole.

In the “red” zones it is more difficult to become an activist, because there are correctional institutions where one hundred percent of the convicts are “goats”. All of them, while still in quarantine, wrote an application to join the asset. They all went through a "lowering ritual" by mopping the toilet.

It is difficult for employees to become useful in such institutions. There the gray mass stupidly sits on stools and does not speak for hours or marches in formation and sings. Those prisoners who have been trusted must carry out supervisory functions - monitor discipline, which they do not particularly violate.

But you can’t just stupidly be listed as a trusted person. They are required to write ten denunciations against their comrades per day. If they don’t write, they will first be beaten, and then removed from the asset. So, hello, stool, and goodbye, parole. As a result of this ruling, real activists simply write denunciations against prisoners they don’t like. The guards don’t know whether it’s true or not. They severely punish everyone who received signals, physically and in punishment cells. Violators of the regime cannot leave early, which is why everyone in such zones strives to become real activists.

Parole earned by your hump

Another option for not completing the allotted term is to become a hard worker and prove your correction through honest work. There are also many nuances here.

Let's start with the fact that, unlike communist times, under the Democrats there is almost no work in the zones. It is extremely difficult to get a job in an industrial zone, as well as to stay there. And in some work detachments, discipline is stricter than in a concentration camp. For example, in our zone there was a whole barracks of machine operators. A branch of some enterprise. Those prisoners who worked in these brigades were better fed. Blatota did not come to them. They were paid little money, but there was enough for goods and additional food. They were released on parole.

But if a worker did not fulfill the plan or committed the slightest violation of discipline, he had to voluntarily put his butt on the line. He was not raped, but beaten with batons by the brigadiers and orderlies of the detachment. No one was forced by force. Either obey, or go to the quitters. Go hungry, endure the oppression of the blatota, serve the entire sentence “before the bell rings.” Almost all the workers held on to their jobs and endured executions and humiliation.

The other extreme is when a prisoner becomes a valuable specialist. He sharpens cool weapons for his superiors on a machine, makes highly artistic souvenirs, or perfectly repairs cars in Zonov’s garage. Although he brings great benefit to the guards, he risks serving his entire sentence, because he is valuable and almost irreplaceable. The employees will not openly quarrel with him, but they will whisper to the judge, and he will not approve of an early exit. Well, the same employees will tell the specialist that the judge is a bastard, and that they will try to persuade him in six months or a year.

By the way, bosses also need to be able to give bribes. We had one bandit in prison. Not at all known to the general public, but with rich friends at large. When his benefits came up, his friends drove up to the deputy for educational work of the institution and asked him to help their friend leave early. The lieutenant colonel had a kind heart and did not refuse petitioners. Moreover, they should have generously thanked him for this.

Friends told the prisoner-bandit that the matter was going well. To celebrate, he told about this in a narrow circle of thieves. Among the blotty, naturally, there was an informer who leaked about this conversation to the police unit. The opera was on good terms with the deputy for educational work. They warned him. The lieutenant colonel got scared, called and returned the bribe. After this, the bandit was not released early on principle. Not for money, not for good behavior. So that no one would think that he bought the bosses.

Seize the moment of luck

Well, the last way to leave early is more like a miracle. But it happens sometimes. You just need to please your boss. Not for meanness, but purely as a human being. Then they will speak up for you in front of the judge and write a decent reference.

This happened to me during my second term. The benefits arrived a long time ago, but there was no chance to leave early. A parasite, a violator, shaking his rights in front of his employees, and also poor.

But then a new deputy for security and operational work took over, whose brother held a high position in the department. The new BiOR had never served in the zones, so he was stupid at first, but showed ambition. One day he came into our detachment and yelled, saying, why do the elderly sleep in a draft near the door? He did not understand that these were “lowered” ones, and ordered them to lie down against the wall where the young thieves lived. The “lowered ones,” so as not to lose their lives, refused. The thieves were arguing. The BiOr deputy was yelling.

Then I loudly explained that he was a moron and was provoking a riot, which is why he ended up in hell. Afterwards, colleagues explained to this deputy how wrong he was in trying to violate the “concepts.” The deputy for BioOr came to my cell and scolded me that I could not shout, but quietly explain everything to him. He said that he was also wrong. The next day a judge came to the colony. The new deputy chief took care of me and presented my documents to the court. On parole, I was released straight from the punishment cell, which was not listed in the description. But this, of course, is an exception to the rule.

And it’s very difficult to leave early; in some zones it’s almost impossible, if these zones are located in areas where there are settlements for felling and processing timber. Slaves are needed there, and if benefits come up, the prisoner is driven to the village. So if you want to serve your entire sentence, choose the methods listed above.
