Concept explanation

The killing of animals is stated in Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Attackers may be subject to punishment if they have one of the following points:

Killing an animal: features of solving a crime

Animals for the most part cannot stand up for themselves, so you can only rely on caring people who will attract the attention of the police to the crime. How should the driver act?

Administrative liability for improper control of domestic animals
